The Space In Between

The Space In Between is about a deep dive into the tools and techniques required to shift from a reactive state to a responsive state. This “space in between” is made up of pausing, mindfulness and taking the time to shift from an automated response “amygdala” to a heart-centered response “the pre-frontal cortex.” This allows each of us to change our vibration from one that is low (division) to one that is high (unification/collective).

The Three Pillars of Fitness

The Three Pillars of Fitness: Mobility, Stability and Strength is my approach to exercise programming for rehabilitation. The premise is that one must have mobility around a joint, prior to stabilizing the joint, then strengthening it. In the book I discuss some major areas of the body I work with in out-patient physical therapy. I give background information on each of those areas, then exercise progression following the Three Pillars of Fitness model.
